Solid solution layers were synthesized by the anode vacuum deposition method and by the "hot wall" method on different substrates under thermodynamic conditions that are close to the boundaries of the unstable state of the material. Multifractal spectra that describe the surface area and volume of nanoscale forms which were on the surfaces of synthesized layers were analyzed. The influences of high-energy neutrons on the electro-optical parameters of the layers were studied.
