The purpose of the project is to develop the theoretical and methodological principles for a new paradigm of integration and coordination of environmental, social and economic aspects within the municipal logistics system with the aim of ecologically oriented logistic management of the city's development, in particular its transport sphere. Methods of research - dialectical method of cognition, fundamental analysis, retrospective analysis and method of argumentation; methods of strategic analysis, abstract-logic, comparative-statistical analysis, table-graphic methods, monographic, correlation and regression analysis, sociological and expert surveys, grouping and questioning methods, index method, induction and deduction, theory of system analysis, theory of simple, colored and Petri's inhibitory networks, the theory of graphs; principles of object-oriented programming. The results of the research and their scientific novelty: the multivariate regression-correlation model has been formed for the first time, which allows to estimate and predict the level of non-economic (social, ecological) effect through the empirical analysis of the connection of the managed subsystems of the providers of urban public transport, resulting in the dependence of the effectiveness of their environmentally- from marketing potential; the methodology for assessing the environmental parameters of the development of the city's transport system has been improved on the basis of modification of the method of processing data on parameters of public transport traffic, which, unlike existing ones, ensures consideration of privileged categories of passengers and is based on the use of multimedia formats and integrated data structures; received further development of ways to improve the quality of urban public transport services of cities based on empirical survey survey method. The obtained results promote formation of a new concept of development of municipal transport from the standpoint of its sustainability taking into account the ecological component in the long-term perspective, which will allow to provide social, ecological and economic effects both at the local, national and global levels.
