The project aims to promote sustainable development of sea ports by creating methods and models of project management of development of power facilities of port infrastructure. The strategic importance of the project is to increase energy efficiency, environmental safety and efficiency of maritime port infrastructure and in the enhancing of the competitiveness of the ports of Ukraine in transnational cooperation schemes. Method of research is methodology of the theory of project management, structural-parametric analysis, mathematical modeling, statistical probing. The novelty of the results is to obtain theoretical positions and models of project management of development of power facilities of port infrastructure.
