Subject of the study: pregnant women with preeclampsia and a high risk of perinatal pathology on the background of hyperproduction of GC. The subject of the study: functional state of FPC, hemostasis system. Methods of research. To achieve this goal, clinico-laboratory, clinical-instrumental, biochemical, immuno-enzyme, morphological, histochemical, immunomorphological and statistical methods were used in the work. A comparative assessment of the course of pregnancy in women with a pathological and physiological level of the GC, the severity of gestosis and ZRP was carried out. The scientific concepts of the pathogenetic role and dynamics of homocysteine ??production in pregnant women with preeclampsia are expanded, and its clinical significance in violations of the fetoplacental system is determined. The criteria for early diagnosis of hemostasis system disorders in the group of pregnant women with a high risk of obstetrical pathology development are determined. The features of the state of the hemostasis system in women with preeclampsia are revealed. The state of various parts of the hemostasis system and the relationship of these disorders with the degree of GHC that determines the violations of the coagulation potential in the utero-placental system that lead to the development of placental dysfunction (PD) are studied and evaluated. A relationship between homocysteine ??levels and hemostasis parameters has been established, which will become the theoretical basis for the new directions in treatment activities. Key words: placental dysfunction, gestosis, fetal growth retardation, homocysteine, hemostasis, placental complex, placenta. Product Description popup.authors Єуров В.Є. Венокуров Ю.О. Логінова О.О.
