Bogatsky, Physico-Chemical Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 It was established that for materials with non-covalent fastening of complexes, an uneven distribution of molecules in a matrix is characteristic, since their molecules are prone to association / aggregation. Covalent attachment contributes to the uniform distribution of radiating centers. It was shown that the introduction of "anchor" trialkoxysilyl groups into complexes gives the possibility of obtaining transparent homogeneous samples of hybrid materials containing lanthanide -diketonates up to 2% mol. The spectral criteria, which allow estimating the uniformity of distribution of molecules of complexes in the matrix of amorphous silicon dioxide, are proposed. On the basis of various -diketonates Eu (III) and Tb (III) materials are obtained, which are characterized by intense radiation in the visible region with a quantum efficiency of up to 58%. The intensity of the 4f-luminescence of Eu (III) in the materials is 57-73% of the initial complexes when the actual reduction of the ion-emitter content is 5-8 times. Hybrid materials containing Nd (III) and Yb (III) complexes exhibit luminescence in the near infrared range of the spectrum, whose intensity is 21-66% of that for crystalline complexes. It has been established that the optimal concentration of lanthanide compounds in the materials is 0.5-1.0 mol%. It has been shown that covalent bonding leads to an increase in the quantum efficiency of luminescence by 2-3% compared to noncovalently coupled systems, which is associated with the reduction of non-radiation-induced losses energy. In general, among the studied complexes with 1,10-phenanthroline and -diketones, the intensity increases in the following row of ligands: aliphatic (acetylacetone, dipivaloylmethane) <aromatic (benzoylacetone, dibenzoylmethane) <aromatic fluorine (benzoyltrifluoroacetone, tenoyl trifluoroacetone).
