Such studies have allowed us, in particular, to detect and investigate microscopic magnetic spin states, their temperature and time evolution in canonical CdMnTe spin glass. Investigation of bulk nanostructured crystals Pb1-XCdXI2 will allow to create new scintillator materials Pb1-XCdXI2 for the development on their basis of effective radiation detectors and imaging of objects in biomedicine and industry. The timeliness of investigations of optical and structural properties of polycrystalline films and heterostructures based on semiconductors of the A2B6 group is due to the use of such materials in optoelectronics, in particular, for the creation of non-cooled radiation detectors based on the direct transformation of radiation into an electrical signal.
