To improve the properties of metal foil compounds based on Al and Cu, it is proposed to use useful impurities with a content of up to 2 at%, which form pseudoalloys with a base. Thanks to this, it was possible to improve significantly physical and mechanical properties, hardness and electrical conductivity. Using a mixed gas of C2H2 + N2, a composite protective coating based on molybdenum with a high hardness has been obtained, and due to the use of the dissolution of saturated solid solutions based on borides of quasibinary TiB2-WB2 systems, functional elements have been obtained that increase their physical and mechanical properties for resistance under load. As a basis for a shockproof protective element, it is proposed to use composites based on SiC ceramics.
