The purpose of the research is to obtain the theoretical regularities for the creation of new methods for the formation of multilayer coatings containing layers of double and triple alloys of the Cu-Ni-Zn-Sn system with improved functional properties. Methods of investigation: voltammetry with linear potential scan, cyclic voltammetry, chronopotentiometry, chronoamperometry using potentiotat PI-50-1.1, pH-150 pH-meter and other standard devices. New laws of cathode processes in the formation of multilayer coatings consisting of metal layers, double and triple alloys of the Cu-Ni-Zn-Sn system and their anode dissolution in various complex electrolytes were revealed. A mathematical model of copper nucleation and growth on nickel from pyrophosphate-ammonia electrolyte was created. New methods of express analysis of the Zn-Ni-Cu and Cu-Sn alloys phase composition and their dissolution mechanisms are proposed, a new method of electrodepositing of (Zn-Ni)1/(Zn-Ni)2 multilayer coating with a higher corrosion resistance compared to with composite alloys.
