The aim of the project is the the development and optimization construction and technological solutions of flexible thin-film solar cells based on CdS/CdTe system for the assembly of hybrid termofotoenergy unit for autonomous heating and hot water supply for military and civil purposes. Methods of research are comprehensive analysis of electrical, optical and structural properties of the individual layers, which are included in the construction of solar cells, and the output parameters illuminated diode characteristics and efficiency of fabricated device structures.The main scientific and technical results are the following.The optimal physical and technological regimes for obtaining functional thin film layers by the method of magnetron sputtering on a direct current are determined. As a result of the study of the structural and optical properties of cadmium sulfide and telluride films, it has been established that they can be used as functional layers in the construction of thin film SC. An experimental sample of a flexible SC based on the CdS / CdTe system was made and tested by initial parameter analysis. Models of a solar battery based on a tubular heat collector and a system of energy conversion based on the MPPT controller were made. The manufactured models are prepared for further testing in the model smple of a hybrid photovoltaic unit. The processing and generalization of the results of experimental studies have been carried out.
