Object of research - information security systems. The purpose of the work is to formulate requirements for the information security system of a unified information management system for defensive resources and determine the ways of its construction. Research methods - methods of system analysis, generalization and classification, principles of virtual infrastructure construction and principles according to which the system of protection of information from unauthorized access should be organized and effectively operate. The concept of construction and requirements to the information security system of a unified information management system for defense resources have been developed. The analysis of existing mechanisms and technologies for creating information security system has been carried out. Justification of mechanisms and technology for construction of the information security system of a unified information management system for defense resources. The methodical recommendations for the construction of the information security system of a unified information management system for defense resources have been developed
