Objective: To determine the level of health and psycho-emotional status of children displaced from the combat zone in the east of Ukraine on the basis of their comprehensive clinical, laboratory, instrumental, and psychological examination. Methods of research: clinical, laboratory, instrumental, psychological, statistical. Results and their novelty. It was established that the majority (51.28%) of displaced from the zone of combat operations of the families, considered as unsatisfactory their material and living conditions, the micro-social environment and marked a tense relationship in the family; Despite the high educational level (70.68% of them have higher education), almost half of the parents have been smoking. In 16,35% of mothers was adverse obstetric and gynecological anamnesis, in 44,23% - adverse pregnancy and childbirth current. Most of the children were soon transferred to artificial feeding. Already in the preschool age, 19.23% of children had chronic infections, and 37.50% had an allergic history. At examination of children in the clinic revealed a low level of health, 73,08% had a chronic somatic pathology, the course of which was accompanied by various disorders of the neurotic and astheno-vegetative nature, and the index of pathological lesions was 4.7. A number of functional changes have been established in the organs of the respiration, digestion, cardiovascular and immune systems: in almost half of the children there is a hidden bronchospasm and a reduction in serum nitrite levels; an increase in the activity of catalase and the content of ceruloplasmin, which testified to the tension of the antioxidant system; a decrease in the frequency of the eukinetic type of hemodynamic organization, and a wide range of functional changes in the activity of the heart (slowing down the processes of repolarization, the presence of heterotopic cardiac rhythm disturbances); semiotica endoscopic lesions of the gastroduodenal zone, characterized by prevalence of superficial inflammation with insufficiency of functioning of the sphincter apparatus of the stomach; ultrasound investigation revealed a high frequency of dystonic and dyskinetic disorders of the biliary tract on the background of gallbladder dysmorphia; dysmetabolic changes in parenchyma of the pancreas; changes in immunological parameters was characteristic of the secondary immunodeficiency state. Assessment of the psychoemotional sphere test "non-existent animal" revealed the presence of anxiety states (in 100%), aggressiveness (94.39%) and exhaustion (83.18%) in the vast majority of children. Use of the self-rating scale of anxiety level CH Spilberger, Yu.L. Hanina showed that more than one third of children (38.89%) had a high level of reactive anxiety. An in-depth study of aggression states using the Bassa-Darka "Diagnostics of Aggression" Questionnaire showed that the total indices of hostility index in 83.33% of the interviewed children exceeded the norm. The aggressiveness index was excessive in 85.1% of respondents.
