Due to the theoretical studies of the ligand-receptor interaction "template-monomer" (using modern quantum-chemical methods of the density functional theory class); development of molecular imprinting technology on the surface of glass microspheres with an immobilized template; the use of statistical methods for planning the experiment in optimizing the parameters of the synthesis of MIPs, synthetic receptors that are monodisperse MIP nanoparticles with a large number of homogeneous and accessible molecular targets for molecular recognition have been created. It has been experimentally confirmed that the synthesized MIP nanoparticles have a characteristic of specificity that is comparable with monoclonal antibodies and improved stability both in the context of the recognition elements of "non-marking" sensors, in particular, on the basis of surface plasmon resonance, and in "labeled" ferment pseudoimmunosensors. Thus, the scientifically based technology of creating synthetic receptors based on nanomagnetic polymers has made it possible to significantly reduce the acuteness of the above-mentioned scientific and applied problem of developing sensor devices with molecular recognition systems.
