Technologies for the use of modern electronic information-measuring systems are developed for ancreasing the accuracy of meteorological, the reliability of the meteor channel of communication, the quality of synchronization of spatially- differentiated time and frequency standards, the accuracy of the location and consumer and GNSS time scales, the volume of new scientific knowledge. The optimal combination of modern ingormation-measuring radio electronic systems for studying the atmosphere and its influence on the activity of humanity in different directions is determined.
