The object of the research is entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine in conditions of strengthening of European integration processes. The purpose of the work is to improve the regulation of the development of entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine in the context of strengthening European integration processes. Research methods - system approach, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, historical and logical comparison, statistical and graphic. The main scientific researches have been carried out in the field of regulation of business development, in particular, a number of theoretical provisions on the construction of state regulation, taking into account the present day factors, the cluster organization of cross-border cooperation, providing innovative development of entrepreneurship and export-oriented industries in the conditions of strengthening of European integration processes have been improved. The results of the research can be used at the stage of formation of the European standards of accession to the EU. The state regulation of the development of entrepreneurship in Ukraine is intended to direct the use of modern forms, methods and technologies of management, creation of conditions for activating innovative business, application of mechanisms to promote small business development, and adoption of strategic and tactical decisions based on the assessment of the impact of European integration processes on the development of entrepreneurship. The results of the research were used in the preparation of Ph.D. theses and economists of a broad profile, students of the specialty "Business, Trade and Exchange Activities", "Management" in reading the disciplines "State Regulation of the Economy", "Regional Economics", "Theory of Entrepreneurship", "Business Conditions in the EU", "Economics and organization of innovation activity", "Foreign economic activity".
