Research of the following problems are presented in this report: multiscale finite element method and its application for solving the advection-diffusion problems in two dimensional domains; solving of problems of elasticity by domain decomposition method with using of algorithm that is based on parallel computing; application of exponential replacement in finite element method for advection-diffusion equations, which are model of drug distribution in the artery wall during catheter treatment of atherosclerosis; applying of explicit and implicit numerical schemes for nonlinear initial-boundary value problems of parabolic and hyperbolic types; investigation of confluent systems of differential equations using generalized inverse matrices. The efficiency of the proposed algorithms is confirmed by the numerical experiments and mathematical rigor of proving (rigorous mathematical proofs).
