Object of study - regeneration processes of bone tissue and skin. The aim of the work is to develop biocompatible implants of bone tissue and skin that have the ability to bioresorbate and stimulate reparative regeneration in the recipient organism. In the course of the first stage, the following main results were obtained: - an innovative technology was developed for the production of porous biocompatible implants with specified biomechanical and biological properties with xeno-material; - an innovative technique for obtaining the chitosan gel from low molecular weight chitosan of natural origin was developed; - an original technique for the production and cultivation of cell lines has been developed; - cytotoxicity and genotoxicity of the developed biocompatible implants were investigated; - the mechanical properties of the developed biocompatible implants are investigated; - the ability of developed implants to bioresorbtion and stimulation of reparative regeneration in experimental animals in vivo was investigated. The high biomechanical characteristics of the developed implants are of great importance for integrating the implant into the recipient's own tissue.
