The object of the study is the peculiarities of therapeutic support for patients with implanted pacemakers and cardioresynchronization devices. The purpose of the study: to assess the peculiarities of medical care of patients with implanted pacemakers and cardioresynchronization devices. Methods of research: general clinical (anamnesis, objective examination and physical examination), laboratory (determination of lipid spectrum, ALT, AST, blood serum glycemia, coagulograms), instrumental (blood pressure (BP) measurement, electrocardiography, echocardiography, holter monitoring of BP and electrocardiography (ECG), electrophysiological research (EFD), research of pacing parameters), computer analysis of the obtained data. Results: for the first time, interconnection of QTc interval duration with clinical, hemodynamic parameters, pacing parameters and the effectiveness of medical management of patients after implantation of pacemaker and CRT was established; medical support for patients with implanted pacemaker, depending on FC of CHF for heart rhythm disorders and cardioresynchronous therapy (CRT) was optimized; medical control of AH after implantation of pacemaker was optimized; control of PBP in patients after pacemaker and CRT implantation was optimized.
