Methods of research - clinical, morphological, statistical. The algorithm of the study of the nearest results of complex treatment of patients with high risk sarcoma of soft tissues according to the developed methods in the research groups using surgical intervention, radiation and polychemotherapy was developed. Based on the developed algorithms, 64 subjects with high risk sarcoma of soft tissues were treated in both groups of the study. The preliminary assessment of the effects of the neoadjuvant treatment stage on the criteria of RECIST showed a greater proportion of partial regression of the tumor in group 2 - (21.8% + 7.3)% compared with group 1 - (15.6 + 5.4)%, but the difference of 6.2% was not Reliable (p> 0.05). There was a tendency to increase the treatment pathomorphosis in the removed tumor in group 1 in comparison with the group 2 at 6.2%, which is not reliable (p> 0.05). There is also a tendency towards a decrease in the mean value of OCPT in group 1 compared with group 2 by 4.9% (p> 0.05). The study of the near-term results showed the same indicators of 1-year overall survival in the studied groups. In the study of 1 year non-recurrent survival, it was found that in group 1 it was (93.6 + 4.3)%, and in group 2 - (90.8 + 5,1)%. The difference in survival between the groups of 2.8% is not reliable (p> 0.05). 1-year non-metastatic survival in group 1 was equal to (96.8 + 3.0)%, while in group 2 - (93.6 + 4.3)%. The difference in survival between the groups in 3.2% is not reliable (p> 0.05). The application of developed methods of complex treatment for patients with high risk sarcoma of soft tissues shows satisfactory immediate results. We consider it expedient to continue the planned study. Field of application: oncology.
