The aim of the work is the creation of physical and mathematical and technical bases for frequency filtering of signals based on three-dimensional electromagnetocrystalline inhomogeneities (ECI). Methods of research - development of models and computer one- and three-dimensional modeling of ECI and devices based on them, experimental studies of EC layouts and devices. The physico-mathematical and technical foundations of single and combined ECIs for the research and development of EC, as well as signal processing devices based on ECI and EC have been created. In the designs of the proposed combined ECI combined inductive and capacitive three-dimensional ECI. One-dimensional mathematical models of ECI and signal processing devices based on them and corresponding computer models realized in the Mathcad software package are developed. Three-dimensional visual models of separate and combined ECIs, ECs, as well as filtering devices based on them, and 3D modeling in the software package CST Microwave Studio were developed. A comparison of the characteristics of traditional filters and ECI based filters is performed. The results of experimental studies are given. The results of research are implemented in the educational process in the academic disciplines, in the preparation of dissertational and certification work at the radio engineering faculty of the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. The results of the work can be realized at enterprises of radio electronic profile, in the corresponding educational institutions of Ukraine.
