The purpose of the work is to develop theoretical, methodological and organizational principles of marketing and innovation in various fields of activity. It is grounded that the regulation of regional development of Ukraine should be aimed at strengthening the effect-creating factors through the qualitative use of preferences and guarantees. The distribution system and marketing marketing policy are investigated. The theoretical provisions of the report have been brought to the level of specific methods.
