The purpose of the work is to develop and generalize new effective numerical-analytical methods for solving problems of the dynamics of thin anisotropic plates and shells of arbitrary curvature in two-dimensional formulation when calculating the strength of thin-walled elements of constructions, as well to construct, improve and study two new mathematical models of motion of an elastic rigid body with a liquid (ERBL) in the form of a system of elastic related rigid bodies with a liquid (SERRBL) and rigid body with elastic compartments with a liquid (RBEСL) and establish with them new mechanical effects in dynamics of elastic solid body with liquid. It should be noted that these mathematical models are of independent practical interest. As many objects of modern rocket and space, aircraft, tanker and other equipment with sufficient accuracy for practical purposes can be described and analyzed in the framework of these two models. To solve the problems, first of all it is necessary to evaluate the influence of structural inhomogeneities of shells on the strain-stress state at the dynamic loading (Chapter 1), to carry out investigations of the system of elastic related rigid bodies with the liquid (SERRBL), to develop the model of motion of the elastic rigid body with a liquid (ERBL) in the form of the rigid body with elastic compartments with a liquid (RBEСL) (Chapter 2) and to conduct research of frequency spectrum of the hydroelasticity problem (Chapter 3). For the model of a system of elastic related rigid bodies with the liquid (SERRBL) the most important are: evaluation of impact of resisting medium, perfect fluid and small asymmetry on the conditions of stability of rotation of an elastic solid with the liquid; obtaining conditions for stability of uniform rotation of asymmetric rigid body and asymmetric rigid body with a perfect fluid; Study of stabilization of unstable rotation in an environment with a solid resistance to the liquid by means of rotating solids. For the model of a rigid body with elastic compartments with a liquid (RBEСL) the most important are: study of frequency spectrum of the hydroelasticity problem and construction of eigenfunctions.
