Information × Registration Number 0218U002216, 0116U003183 , R & D reports Title The Processes of differentiation in Ukrainian secondary education in the period of Independence (the historical-analytical aspect) popup.stage_title Head Dichek Natalia, Registration Date 02-02-2018 Organization Institute of National Pedagogics at the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 On the basis of the analysis of state laws, regulations, concepts and programs of education in Ukraine during the studied period, as well as resolutions of educational congresses, it was proved that in the educational policy of the state in the aspect of differentiation and individualization of education at school there was a tendency to take into account ideas and inquiries of the educational community , to the modernization of the educational process in the spirit of European experience and traditions. The role of leaders of the educational sphere of the studied period (V.H.Kremen) in the change of educational paradigms in Ukraine was revealed. The preservation in the first decade of the independent existence of Ukraine of continuity with the previous achievements in the deepening of the processes of differentiation and individualization in the secondary school was argued, which ensured a prompt renewal by the Ukrainian scholars of the educational paradigm in the direction of broad psychologization of education. Psychologization became the decisive vector in the humanization of the educational industry, and its real embodiment was the creation and establishment of a psychological service in school. The development of different types of secondary schools in Ukraine (2000-2006) as an expression of external differentiation (evening (shift) secondary schools, specialized schools, private institutions) is presented. The dynamics of functioning of schools for children of national minorities in Ukraine, forms and ways of ensuring the development of cultural and educational requests of various ethnic groups is shown. The content of various concepts of school development, profilization of secondary education, its standardization in the context of deepening the differentiation in teaching students is highlighted. The features of Ukrainian school textbooks in the field of social science subjects, the content of which began to be oriented to meet the needs of the renewed society in the creation of national history, are characterized. It was found out that essentially new achievement of methodological thought in the sense of individualization of studying of social science subjects was a fundamentally new design of the content of textbooks and, moreover, development of innovative methods of its assimilation by students.
