The aim is an theoretical ground and experimental verification of organizationally-pedagogical terms and technologies of socialpedagogical support of children and student's young people of high-risk groups in general educational establishment. Methods: theoretical, empirical and mathematical. Results: the organizational and pedagogical conditions of social and pedagogical support of children and students of youth of risk groups were substantiated, the results of the control section were worked out and summarized, and they were comprehended in dynamic characteristics. The results of scientific research in the monograph "Socio-pedagogical support for children and pupils of youth" (manuscript 9 d.a.) and the methodical manual "Organization of social and pedagogical support of schoolchildren of risk groups" (manuscript 7 d.a.) are summarized. Novelty: for the first time, the effectiveness of social and pedagogical support of children and youth in general educational establishment for organizational and pedagogical conditions was grounded: a clear idea is about target groups (their features and needs); provision of teachers with methods and technologies of social and pedagogical work with schoolchildren of risk groups; the focus of professional activity on the development of humanistic consciousness, skills, values, value-oriented attitudes, and the enrichment of positive experiences in communicating and managing in different social situations; assistance in the integration of special children in the environment of ordinary peers, establishment of constructive interaction in the systems of "student - student", "student - teacher", "educational institution - other social institutions working for the children"; the involvement of those who receive social and pedagogical support in various types of social and value activities, pedagogical animation activities and the process of self-help and mutual assistance as its active and motivated accomplices; provision of a creative approach to the choice of forms and methods of social and pedagogical support; development of technologies of socio-pedagogical support in a general educational institution of value-oriented activity of younger adolescents; social-pedagogical support in the secondary educational institution of senior teenagers with difficulties of social interaction; social-pedagogical support of schoolchildren from families of forced migrants; authorial determinations of base are set forth "socialpedagogical support", "socialpedagogical support children and student's young people in general educational establishment", "schoolboy of high-risk group", definitions "socio-pedagogical support of value-oriented activity of younger teens", "social and pedagogical support of adolescents with difficulties of social interaction", "social and pedagogical support for children from families of forced migrants"; conception of socialpedagogical support of family and domestic education is worked out in society; principles are complemented, conformities to law are found out, modern tendencies are certain. Social effect: optimization of professional activity of social pedagogue/development worker at the Ministry of Education and Science through the development and introduction into practice of organizational and pedagogical conditions and technologies of social and pedagogical support of children and student's young people of risk groups.
