The scientific foundations and principles of constructing current chemo-generators have been developed, in which a direct conversion of chemical energy to electric is taking place, in which the hydrogen oxidation reaction occurs directly on the surface of a semiconductor heterostructure, and the energy of the heterogeneous chemical reaction becomes electronic solid-state excitation and chemoelectromotive force also the principles of constructing current chemo-generators for efficient catalysts for the oxidation of hydrogen-nanostructures responsible for a the activation of elementary stages of reactions and the accommodation of the reaction energy in predetermined ratios by phonon and electron channels. The methods of investigation are luminescent optical and chemoelectrical methods, pulse methods and atomic surface sounding. An experimental setup for the investigation of heterogeneous chemiluminescence, photoluminescence, excitation of samples by atoms of different sorts with direct conversion of chemical energy to electrical energy on the basis of nanosized heterostructures was developed and created. Theoretical and experimental studies of the energy accommodation of the heterogeneous chemical reaction on the electron and phonon channels are performed. Scientific foundations of the theory of electronic relaxation catalysis and chemo-generators have been created. Recommendations on the technology of preparation of chemo-generators based on Schottky nanodiodes and semiconductor heterostructures are developed.
