The subject of the study are system methods for recovering controllability and stability of aircraft due to the reconfiguration of control actions, methods of algorithmic and software tools synthesis, methods for modeling and evaluating the effectiveness of the aircraft automatic reconfigurable control systems application for preventing the development of an emergency situation in flight or its development into a catastrophic one. The aim of the work is to develop a concept, theoretical foundations and system methods for restoring controllability of aircraft by control actions reconfiguring to preserve or maximum save the current situation in flight, the controllability and stability of the aircraft and prevent its development into catastrophic one. Theoretical and practical results. The concept of system controllability and stability recovery of the aircraft movement due to its reconfiguration is developed, which allows to provide a given level of flight safety in the emergency situations in flight. The method of parametric reconfiguration, which consists in changing the transfer function feedbacks, which allowed to provide the specified characteristics of dynamic controllability and stability of the aircraft motion in special situations in flight; The method of structural reconfiguration, which consists in the redistribution of control actions between serviceable bodies to create the necessary control forces and moments, allows restoring the controllability and stability of the aircraft motion in the conditions of typical emergencies in flight; The method of the control object reconfiguration, which consists in changing the configuration of the control object, that is, in providing additional functions to the aircraft control surfaces, which are unusual for the regular flight mode, which will prevent the development of an emergency situation and its transition into a catastrophic one; The method of reconfiguration the flight objectives, which consists in the formation of timely and unequivocal prompts to the crew taking into account the existing situation in flight, which allowed to optimize the flight continuation mode based on decision among the possible alternatives; Novelty. The following methods and products during the research were developed: - new methods for restoring aircraft controllability in the emergency situation, namely: - parametric reconfiguration; - structural reconfiguration; - object reconfiguration; - reconfiguration of the objective; - a technique for diagnostic of the aerodynamic and technical state of aircraft and its systems in the event of an emergency situation; - four new methods for detecting, identifying and classifying typical emergency situations due to the causes of the aircraft external contour damage in flight: - method of recording changes of aerodynamic coefficients of forces and moments; - method of recording changes in thermal fields; - infrared method, - ion-marker method, - The concept and theoretical basis for restoring controllability and stability of aircraft in the sudden occurrence of emergency situation conditions in flight; - algorithm of operating of the reconfigurable automatic control system; - the concept and model of the aircraft external contour diagnostics using the developed ion-marker method; - the aircraft external contour damage classifier, which based on smart technologies; - structural and functional diagrams of an aircraft automatic reconfiguration system for reconfiguring control in an emergency in flight; - methods for analyzing and evaluating the quality of the automatic systems operation for recovering controllability of aircraft due to reconfiguration; - algorithm for creating a software package for processing the results of simulation of typical aviation situations; - algorithm of the computer simulation program of the ACS; - a software package for processing the results of simulation of typical emergency situations due to the causes of the aircraft external contour damage in flight.
