The goal of the GDR is to increase the efficiency of the treatment of patients on malignant tumors of the abdominal cavity by developing new ones and the improvement of existing methods of surgical, chemo-and-radiation therapy. The effectiveness of the use of partial lymphadissection in patients with malignant neoplasms of the pancreas has shown that the implementation of this approach did not get the probable difference between the groups according to the indicators of severe postoperative complications (Clavien-Dindo 3 degrees and above) respectively (7.1 ± 2.1)% and (8 ± 1.8)%; p = 0.7, indicating satisfactory safety of the proposed surgical intervention. Median survival rate of patients - (19 ± 5,1) and (27 ± 6,2) months; p = 0,053, respectively, in the extended and standard dissociation group. Investigation of the functional state of hepatocytes of the operative liver in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer showed that cells of the adenocarcinoma of the metastatic node, whose size does not exceed 5 mm, affects the state of energy and detoxification systems, manifested by a decrease in the activity of FeS-protein N-2 in ETL to values ??of 0 , 33 ± 0.05, 0.43 ± 0.04 onn. unit, respectively; norm (1,51 ± 0,10) rn. op., compensatory growth of activity of ubiquinone-cytochrome c-rudectazy and FeS-center of Rieske (EPR signal with g = 2,10). In order to optimize the tactics of combined treatment of patients with rectal cancer, including those with synchronously diagnosed distant metastases (smKRP), it was found that most of the severe complications (?IIIIa) were registered in patients who had undergone a "large" resection of the liver with synchronous metastases, in particular in group I - in 13 (21.0%) patients, whereas in "small" resections only 3 (4.8%), p = 0.007. In group II, such tendencies were not found - 4 (8.3%) and 6 (12.5%), respectively, in the case of "large" and "small" resections (p = 0.5).
