It is shown that only the production of electricity from biofuels can provide the requirements for stable electricity supply. The method of separation of tar and water from gaseous products of gasification is developed. Using the created sampling setup, gas quality analysis was performed. Research of operation of the gas generator complex with a thermal power of 200 kW was carried out at work on prepared biofuel - shredded agricultural waste.The study of the system of purifying the generator gas in the purification system developed for this system, which involves cooling the gas, its purification from the resins in the nozzle filter and cleaning the gas from dust in the fabric filter, is carried out.
