The purpose of the work is to develop a numerical method for calculating thermomechanical processes for surfacing sheet and thin-walled cylindrical parts taking into account microstructural transformations and to carry out estimates of the current and residual stress-strain state of parts during surfacing. Based on the quasi-static thermomechanics of inhomogeneous inelastic bodies with temperature-dependent properties, the unified Bodner-Partome flow model, the model of growing inelastic bodies, thermokinetic diagrams of austenite decay, a numerical technique for calculating SSS and microstructure of sheet bimetallic and thin-walled cylindrical parts for multilayer surfacing has been developed. Estimated calculations of the current and residual VAT of thin-walled parts were made. For numerical simulation of the processes iterative and time-stepped methods were used in combination with the finite element method. Product Description popup.authors Карнаухов В.Г. Киричок І.Ф.
