The developed devices provide a medical evaluation of the vascular tone of patients using the results of rheographic measurements. Rheographic data have been measured for numerous patients. The results of rheographic measurements are stored in a computer database. The proposed automated methods and algorithms experimentally investigated during the project implementation will significantly improve the efficiency of the exploiting of multi-channel monitoring and medical diagnostic systems, increase the efficiency of serving the population, and improve the quality of medical care. A new TELECOM telemedicine system for remote patient monitoring has been developed. This system provides fast and reliable data transmission from a patient's personal device to a remote medical center for the professional analysis of this data and for sending a response to the patient that contains the doctor's recommendations. The experimental results demonstrate the promise of practical use of the system to provide the rural population with remote services of modern medical diagnostics. The corresponding design and software documentation is developed for implementation in medical institutions of Ukraine. The developed medical diagnostic equipment is at the stage of certification in accordance with the requirements of the European standards of the ISO category.
