The subject of the study are methods for analyzing linear and nonlinear boundary value problems of the deformable solid mechanics describing the behavior of thin-walled elastic spatial systems. The aim of the work is to increase the accuracy, reliability and efficiency of determining displacement, stresses, deformations, critical stability parameters, vibration frequencies, limiting loads (bearing capacity) of strength structures of aerospace engineering. The research is based on the approaches of the general theory of boundary value problems, functional analysis, variational principles and methods of mechanics of deformed solid, numerical methods of linear algebra. The main results obtained are a single method for constructing solutions to problems with a differential operator or their system of arbitrary even order in a two-dimensional topologically equivalent rectangle of a domain with arbitrary principal boundary conditions that can be specified by parameters, as well as a nonlinear theory of thin shells of arbitrary curvature, the symmetric stress tensor Bio and the right tensor of the multiplicity of elongations are placed. The method of constructing solutions of boundary value problems allows one to obtain results with high (preassigned) accuracy for elements that can be included in a complex system. The non-linear theories of plates and shells, being formulated in terms of engineering deformations and stresses, are consistent, which guarantees the correctness of the mathematical model and their adequacy to physical processes.
