The purpose of the study is to elaborate a new version of the recommendations on the standardization of labor by types of economic activity, as well as solving related problem issues regarding the effective functioning of the normative and legal framework for labor standardization. Methods of research - analytical, comparison, systematization, generalization and classification, differentiation. In the course of scientific research, modern practices of standardization of labor are summarized; foreign experience has been studied; elaborated the current legislative and normative base on these issues and prepared a draft recommendation on the standardization of labor by types of economic activity. The scientific novelty of the research results is as follows: 1 New approaches to the standardization of labor at enterprises of different types of economic activity are grounded taking into account modern conditions of innovative economic development and market conditions of economic activity. 2 New approaches to the formation of the system of labor standardization at the enterprise have been developed in connection with increasing productivity of production, reducing the labor intensity of products and expanding the scope of labor valuation for all categories of employees. 3 The draft recommendations on the standardization of labor by types of economic activity have been developed, in which considerable attention is devoted to the development of qualitative labor standards, their humanization and social protection of workers, with the increasing role of social dialogue between employers and employees. Field of application. The results of scientific research are intended for use by all interested parties in the application of scientifically substantiated labor standards. Economic efficiency. Using the new wording of the recommendations on the standardization of labor by types of economic activity will make it possible to move to a new level of application of labor standardization by economic entities, will promote better organization and production management, the objective determination of the amount of employee contributions to the overall performance of enterprises to increase their efficiency .
