The subject of research – methods and algorithms for storing and processing information contained in audio and visual signals, the formation of data images, generation and testing of hypotheses that use the laws of human brain functioning. The purpose of the project is to create a theory and to develop a model of a computer system with a probabilistic algorithm for the distribution of so-called "quanta" of simultaneous and parallel processing of information flows with a multichannel serving device – a new generation of intelligent computer based on knowledge of the human brain functioning. The created model is demonstrated on applied developments in the field of image recognition. The work was carried out using methods of the theory of computing systems and geometric neural networks, methods of mathematical and simulation modeling, models and methods of the pattern recognition theory, linear and volumetric stochastic networks of queuing system.
