The purpose of the work is to increase the tribological characteristics of structural steels by means of surface-pulsed surface heating, the investigation of the spectral characteristics of ultrasized particles based on Zn2SiO4, the development of means for eliminating noise in the bridge electrical circuit, and the simulation of the processes of stirring liquid metal in metallurgical aggregates. Research methods: photoluminescence, low-energy ionoluminescence, optical and electron microscopy, energy dispersion spectroscopy, X-ray diffractometry, microhardness measurement; wear test, electrical measurements. The microstructure and properties of 75G steel surface layers, modified by pulse-plasma processing with the help of an electrothermal plasma generator, are described. The analysis of methods of determining the power of natural and forced stirring on the basis of the theory of mixing of moving media is presented. The spectral characteristics of ultradispersed Zn2SiO4 particles deposited in a magnetic field are described. The solution of the noise reduction problem in a bridge scheme with the help of RC-chain is proposed.
