The purpose of the work is to expand technical and analytical capabilities of the SSTC NRS and SNRCU using modern analytical tools, which are applied in expertise activities. The research method is comparative thermodynamic calculations of DBA initial events. This report presents results of DBA comparative calculations scenarios carried out using the WWER-1000/V-320 and WWER-440/V-213 thermohydraulic models developed for TRACE version of patch4, with calculations performed on similar models for the code RELAP5 mod 3.2. Comparative calculations showed good convergence of the calculation results between RELAP and TRACE models. The developed models of WWER-1000/V-320 and WWER-440/V-213 in TRACE code format are ready for using in SSTC NRS expertise framework of DBA analysis.
