The investigations have resulted in the increasing of the effectiveness of the treatment of chronic pancreatitis and obesity based on the elimination of established factors of their comorbid course. During the study clinical features of the course of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis and patients with arterial hypertension were established based on a comprehensive study and correction of metabolic, hemodynamic disorders and endothelial dysfunction, moreover general pathogenetic mechanisms of reactive arthritis and chronic kidney disease and early diagnostic criteria for their occurrence were established.
