For a hybrid liquid-laser method a scheme of a technological process is developed that involves the preparation of a melt in an induction furnace, its introduction into the mixing reactor while simultaneously introducing into the molten metallic or non-metallic particles that are laser-treated in a gas-laser flow. The practical value of the work consists in the development of technological equipment for the implementation of the casting-laser method for the production of cast composite material. The designs of mixing reactors, where continuous suspension formation for various technological processes of mixing of the melt and reinforcing particles, is realized. The optimal modes of laser heating of metal particles are determined.
