The subject of the study is a web-based software system supporting the activities of the Center for the Provision of Administrative Services (CPAS) of the Ternopil City Council. The purpose of the work is to improve the quality of service of the population by improving the subsystem of administration and minimization of the queue of visitors and recipients of the services of CPAS in the city of Ternopil. Research methods - methods of system analysis, methods of computer modeling, methods of object-oriented design and programming, methods of optimization. Research results: subsystem of customer registration in queue through terminals provides an increase in the level of organization of the process of service of visitors to the CPAS; The subsystem of distributing visitors and recipients of services between the administrators of the Central Statistical Bureau provides optimization of the distribution of the burden on administrators; the improved subsystem of the queue output on electronic displays ensures an increase in the informativeness of the process of service of the visitors of the CPAS; the integration of the electronic queue on the site with the queue formed through the terminal increases the efficiency of queue management; application of data encryption protocols increases the degree of protection of the system. The scientific novelty consists in an improved architectural system, based on the use of modern web technologies and application software systems, which ensured the efficiency of the provision of administrative services to CPAS TMP.
