Mechanical boxes for digital signal processing board as well as a box for detector head, for collimator and a holder for anti-coincidence scintillation detector are manufactured. Modeling of the digital signal processing module has been completed; mentioned module has been tested and special software has been tested. The scintillation detector based on the p-terphenyl single crystal has been manufactured, its luminescence characteristics as well as and the reliability of the scintillation particle detector electronic channel in the composition of the detector head and the analog signal processing module have been investigated. The dependence of the technical light output of a small-sized detector on the base of the p-terphenyl single crystal on the direction of the axes of its crystallographic lattice is determined. Recommendations on the location of a semiconductor photo detector relatively the axes of the p-terphenyl single crystal during the development and manufacturing of a BPM monitor of the ChemiX spectrophotometer are presented. The application of the diffusion model for describing the propagation of solar cosmic rays from flares on the Sun and high-energy particles generated by shock waves in the heliosphere is analyzed. Relations are obtained, which describe the evolution of the intensity of cosmic rays, the direction and magnitude of their flows, spectral characteristics as well. An analysis of the model of the propagation of solar cosmic rays is carried out, when the kinetic equation is used to describe the process of motion and scattering of particles.
