For the problem solution, scientifically substantiated information on agro-ecological condition of soils is required determining by their ecological-agrochemical indicators. In the scientific document, parent rock is investigated as a factor of pedogenesis. The soil is quaternary system (including solid, liquid, gaseous phases, and living organisms), where silicon compounds comprise of 70% solid phase, multifunctional, but poorly understood. The report provides the results of studies on following issues: aggregate structure of pedozem and soddy-lithogenic soils onto red-brown, gray-green clay and loesslike loam to determine patterns of aggregate-forming capacity of rocks which are the basis of technosols development; estimation of agro-ecological conditions and finding ways to restore the fertility of anthropogenically disturbed soils; identification of agri-environmental indicators of soil quality in space and depth; clarification the role of silicic acid in the processes of pedogenesis and recovery of fertility due to the silicon compounds application; methodological approaches to use silicon compounds as fertilizers in crop growing on remediated lands were proposed and justified.
