Methods of research: For the implementation of the main tasks at different stages of the study, various methods were used: theoretical - retrospective analysis and systematization of literature on the problem of formation culture of professional self-realization of the future teacher of musical art and choreography; induction, deduction, synthesis, comparison and comparison of ideas, concepts, theories of professionalization for scientific reflection of theoretical and practical problem solving; differentiation by analogue for ordering the categorical-terminological apparatus of the theory of formation of the culture of professional self-realization of the future teacher of musical art and choreography; design methodological guidelines for the pedagogical organization of the formation of a culture of professional self-realization of the future teacher of musical art and choreography in the process of multilevel vocational training; empirical - introspective analysis of the pedagogical reality of the formation of a culture of professional self-realization of the future teacher of musical art and choreography in the process of vocal and conductor training of the future teacher-musician, modern educational practice in the musical-pedagogical field and normative documentation on the formation of a culture of professional self-realization of the future teacher of musical art and choreography in the process of vocal and conductor training of the future teacher-musician; pedagogical design of methodological guidelines for the formation of the professional self-realization of the future teacher of musical art and choreography for further testing in the process of multi-level professional training of the future teacher-musician and choreographer. The scientific novelty and theoretical significance of the research are in the concretization of the essence of the concept "culture professional self-realization of the teacher", clarification of its definition and structure in accordance with the peculiarities of the professional activity of teachers of music and choreography; theoretical substantiation of organizational-pedagogical system, aimed at forming a culture of professional self-realization for future music teachers; development of criteria for the formation of structural components of the culture of professional self-fulfillment in students in conditions of higher musical-pedagogical and choreographic education (criteria, indicators and levels); the expansion of scientific knowledge about the pedagogical conditions and means that ensure the successful professional formation of the future teacher from the standpoint of the subject of development of his professional individuality and professionalism. The content of the knowledge gained is presented in the following position: The pedagogical essence of the culture of professional self-realization of the teacher reveals her as a man and the culture-building methods and the value-life means of coping with the profession, integral-updating sociocultural phenomenon and creative-evolutionary phenomenon, which makes it possible for a person to receive moral satisfaction from the results of objectification their professionalism.
