The purpose of study is to study the nature of the explosive CCCI acute period course and to develop a set of diagnostic and therapeutic measures for preventing the development of traumatic brain disease. Methods of study - a comprehensive examination included: clinical neurological, neuropsychological, electrophysiological, polysomnographic research, mathematical and statistical methods of analysis. In the work it is shown that the clinical picture of the suffered in the ATO zone patients we examined in the acute period of the explosive CCCI was characterized by the presence of liver-venous circulation, vestibula-atactic, aphatic, extrapyramidal, nonspecific pyramidal, extra-liminal syndromes, autonomic dysfunction, disruption of the sleep-awake cycle with their higher severity in the group of patients with repeated explosive CCCI. It was established that sensory impairment in the form of hemigiphesthesia was noted on the side of the impact of the explosive wave, and in cases where the explosive wave was directed to the face, the formation of the total anesthesia syndrome of was determined. It was shown that in patients at risk of adverse clinical course, significant changes in EEG with the formation of epileptiform theta activity and local monolateral changes in bioelectric activity in the temporal parts of the brain, violation of the cyclic organization of night sleep, due to reduction or complete reduction of the fast sleep phase, presence of expressed violations of energy supply of higher mental functions, the violation of complex forms of orienteering and research and affective disorders, considered as prognostic criteria of possible future social and mental patients' desadaptation. A two-stage complex of pharmacological and non-medical measures with the use of programmable sensory deprivation method and microwave resonance therapy is proposed and tested, which allows to reduce the medical burden on the patient and to increase the efficiency of treatment in the acute period of the explosive CCCI.
