As well as 30 patients of the comparison group who did not have somato-neurologic pathology. Objective: to study the psychopathological features and somato-neurological state of patients with schizophrenia and to develop scientifically-based approaches to complex differentiated treatment and rehabilitation. Methods of investigation: clinical-psychopathological (analysis of complaints, anamnesis of disease, anamnesis of life, assessment of the mental state of patients), clinical-anamnestic and clinical-catamnestic (allowed to analyze the history of the disease, as well as to make an analytical study of accessible medical documentation for the study of the clinical picture, the course of paranoid schizophrenia and the influence of somato-neurological pathology on the structure of the disease), quantified PANSS scale (for assessing the severity of the main psychopathological symptoms), anthropometric method (for determining the degree of obesity), the methodology for determining the stress-resistance and social adaptation of Holmes and Rahe (for determining the self-assessment of the actual level of stress during the last year); methodology for determining the quality of life on the SF - 36 scale (for assessing the quality of life (QL), methods of mathematical statistics. To formalize the data obtained, an individual map was developed for the clinical and socio-demographic analysis of the patient's history of schizophrenia (see annex A). Objectives of the study: - to conduct a thorough analysis of the literature in the field of research; - to determine the features of socio-demographic indicators and clinical-psychopathological manifestations of paranoid schizophrenia with concomitant somato-neurological pathology (cardiovascular, neurological, gastroenterological, endocrinological) in comparison with persons of the comparison group; - to investigate the features of clinical and psychopathological symptoms and its response to neuroleptic therapy in patients with paranoid schizophrenia with concomitant somato-neurologic pathology; - to determine changes in paraclinical parameters in patients with paranoid schizophrenia with concomitant somato-neurologic pathology under the influence of neuroleptic therapy; - to establish the features of social functioning and quality of life of patients with paranoid schizophrenia with concomitant somato-neurological pathology under the influence of neuroleptic therapy; - to determine the features of treatment, prevention, rehabilitation of patients for paranoid schizophrenia, taking into account the concomitant somato-neurologic pathology; - to improve and develop schemes for the treatment, prevention and rehabilitation of patients with paranoid schizophrenia, taking into account the concomitant somato-neurological pathology. As a result of the R & D work, the results were obtained - the modern clinical and dynamic structure, clinical and psychopathological manifestations and features of paranoid schizophrenia with concomitant somato-neurological pathology that influences the prognosis of the course are investigated. Changes in clinical and paraclinical parameters in patients with concomitant somato-neurologic pathology are determined depending on the pharmacotherapy applied, which makes it possible to establish predictors of efficacy, safety and tolerability of treatment, and to determine the tactics of therapy. Improved and developed new more differentiated treatment regimens, a program for the rehabilitation and prevention of patients with paranoid schizophrenia, taking into account the somato-neurological condition. Results of research are implemented in 17 publications, 1 article is submitted for printing, 6 implementation documents, 1 technology, patent application is submitted.5481 Product Description popup.authors М.С.
