The aim of the work is to develop the technological scheme of water purification from contamination by organic substances of aromatic nature. Methods of investigation – scanning electron microscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and microanalysis. A new metal-oxide catalyst, modified with ionic dopants for the destruction of toxic organic substances, has been created. An effective technological scheme of water purification from contamination by organic substances of aromatic nature has been developed. The technological scheme has successfully passed the laboratory tests, proving its high functionality and efficiency; еlectrolysis conditions for optimal use of the scheme involved have been recommended.
