The aim of the work is to develop practical recommendations for the management of the quality of products of enterprises in the food industry. Data processing was carried out using computer technology and software. In the course of work: theoretically, the essence and problems of quality management of products of food industry enterprises are shown, components of the quality management mechanism elements are defined and recommendations for its improvement are developed; Practically verified theoretical results. Research results: improved quality management mechanism for food industry enterprises was built. Efficiency of implementation: as a result of the mechanism of product quality management, the economically sound management of product quality will be at the expense of effective interaction of the system of methods, functions, principles and tools, and continuous improvement of the personal and professional qualities of the labor potential of the enterprise, which will bring significant return not only to the enterprise in the form of production of high quality products, but also the external social result - the satisfaction of employees with the results of labor and their development in the process of labor activity.
