Purpose: the study of the properties and methods of obtaining belitе portland cement with the possibility of further use in concrete for military ground and underground fortifications, taking into account bridges and roads. Methods of research - a comparative analysis of the main types of cement used for the manufacture of concrete (alite and belitе portland cements), laboratory studies of the processes of hydration of the main types of cement by physical, mechanical, thermal, petrographic, X-ray and X-ray spectral, electron microscopic methods and infrared spectroscopy. The qualitative characteristics of belitе cement are studied, its advantages over alite portland cement are defined, in particular, low heat dissipation, frost, water and sulphate resistance, corrosion resistance. The ways of obtaining belitе with a specific turn of 4000-5000 cm2 / g and using nanotechnologies (structured water with fulleroid particles) are proposed, which will allow to produce more qualitative concrete and reinforced concrete structures that can be used in military affairs.
