The object of research is determined activity of construction enterprises of the Kiev region. The purpose of the work is to develop scientifically substantiated recommendations for improving the system of material and technical support of construction enterprises on the basis of logistic approach. Research methods. The following research methods were used at different stages of the study: system and comparative analysis, statistical groups, analysis of primary documentation, statistical and financial reporting, economic-mathematical and statistical forecasting and modeling. In the system of industries, the construction industry is one of the priorities, since it solves the fundamental economic and social problems associated with the production aspect of the economy. Consideration of the construction complex as a whole and its components makes it possible to conclude that construction can be attributed to the system, which includes a set of interconnected and interconnected flows. The main ones are flows of material and technical resources. As the intensity of economic flows increases, there is a growing need for logistics of construction. In these conditions, the importance of logistical coordination of material and related flows (information, financial, service, etc.), provision of a co-ordinated in time and space for preparation of construction production, procurement, transportation, supplies and production-technological equipment on objects that grow are being built. The work is devoted to highlighting the role of logistics in optimizing the flows of material and technical resources of the construction company. An important part of finding effective solutions in the field of logistics is the construction of rational logistics solutions, the definition of the composition and nature of the activities of economic structures involved in the flow of material flow.
