The technological parameters of the production of wheat bread with the use of extraction cake of oat germs and oilcake of maize germs are specified. The classification of costs in accordance with the functions of managerial accounting has been improved. The conceptual principles of formation of accounting and analytical provision of managing costs are determined. Organizationally-methodological recommendations for optimization of cost accounting are developed. The structure of the accounting policies and the package of managerial reporting about costs is proposed. The scientifical and methodical approach to cost accounting by the processes of a production enterprise's operational activity is offered. The methodical aspects of organizing the cost accounting of a production enterprise by the modern management information systems have been improved.
