Neurogenic urination disorders are one of the serious complications of acute and chronic diseases of the brain and spinal cord with poorly understood phenomenology and dynamics of individual symptoms of lover urinary tract. The research established the nature of neurogenic urinary tract disorders which is manifested by disorder of sensitivity of sympathetic and parasympathetic innervation, with acute lesions of the brain and spinal cord, such asimperative character to urination, pollakiuria and isolated nocturia, imperative urinary incontinence and endocrine nocturnal pollakiuria. The chronicsensory disorders of urination are manifested by: neurogenic hyperactive urinary bladder and urinary incontinence in 18%. Symptoms are predominantly transient and appear to be painful in 47% and disuricsymptoms. Discogenicmyelopathy is manifested by motor detrusor disorder in 42%, dysrhythmia of urination in 51% and nocturia in 39% of patients. Corticaldisorders of the parietal lobes and cerebellar lesions are capable of motor sphincter disorders of urination - detrusor sphincter and pseudo-dyssynergiain 47 patients and detrusor disorders in 43%, respectively. Stem disorders are manifested by detrusor disorders in 41%, sphincter disorders in 29%, and stressful urge incontinence in 12%. The patents, newsletters, guidelines, innovations for optimization of treatment of the neurogenic lower urinary tract disorders will be the final products of the research work. The new additions in the clinical protocol for the treatment of neurogenic disorders of urination will be developed and introduced.
