Methods of research: general scientific and special research methods are used in the work, namely: analysis and synthesis - for studying and generalization of the main problems of management of the system of technology transfer; logical generalization - to determine the current state and problems of the development of the domestic system of technology transfer; statistical-economic - to determine the trends of the domestic technology transfer system, as well as work with the database of projects with commercial potential, promotion and commercialization of proposals. The development of methods for managing the technology transfer system is an important component of the management of scientific developments and the basis for the formation of new competitive areas for the development of science and technology.
