Purpose: to improve the prevention of cardiovascular diseases (CVD) and increase the effectiveness of treatment of AH, coronary heart disease and their complications, combined with certain diseases of internal organs, in civil servants. Methods: clinical, laboratory, instrumental, questionnaires, statistical. The results of the survey of 1322 patients were presented, and a retrospective analysis of 1110 cases of acute coronary syndrome (ACS) / myocardial infarction (MI) and 846 emergency department presentations (related to the preliminary diagnosis "ACS") was performed. While screening, 206 males with cardiovascular risk factors were examined, and 590 "FAZAGRAF" examinations were performed. In addition, 162 doctors and 208 nurses were questioned. Control set of 95 persons was also involved. For the first time in Ukraine, a local protocol for medical care "Prevention of Cardiovascular Diseases" was developed and implemented, the main provisions of which were used in the development of the Unified Clinical Protocol for Medical Care, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated June 13, 2016, No. 564. For the first time a questionnaire was developed for standardizing approaches to determining the stage of readiness for changes in behavioral risk factors, whose priority is the use of which is confirmed by the Ukrainian patent. The training module "Cardiovascular prevention" for doctors and nurses has been developed and implemented. The technologies for raising the awareness of civil servants about a healthy lifestyle and prevention of cardiovascular diseases were improved. It has been shown that in men with disturbances of purine metabolism (hyperuricemia and gout) there was observed a more severe course of hypertension compared with patients with normal levels of uric acid. According to the results of the local departmental register of MI patients, an increase in the frequency of primary percutaneous coronary intervention in STEMI or NSTEMI during the 2010-2017 period was demonstrated, which is in line with the European trend. There were established the pathogenetic and clinical features of the course of hypertension and its complications associated with some comorbid conditions, namely, disorders of the erythron system (erythrocytosis, anemia) and functional state of the kidneys, are established. Clinical and biochemical predictors of hemorrhagic complications of ACS were determined. It has been proved that AH was a significant factor in the deterioration of cognitive function. Changes in the parameters of electroencephalography in patients with dyscirculatory encephalopathy, which was combined with significant deterioration of memory, have been revealed, indicating a defeat of the median nonspecific structures of the brain at the level of the lower parts of its trunk.
